At The Warrington Apartments, residents are welcome to have up to two pets, but there are breed restrictions in place and a maximum weight limit of 40 pounds per pet. Pet owners are required to pay a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Additionally, there is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
