1 month in and here are my pros and cons of living here. I will continue to update and time goes on! Overall it’s been fine so far. I’m disappointed in the things I listed as cons but I’m hoping it will improve as more units becomes occupied. Pros -Lots of storage inside of units -Patios are a good size -Pool is well maintained Cons -The gate never closes. All day and all night it stays open. -Good luck if you plan on using the fitness center. Unless you go at midnight every machine is being used. -my building is less than half occupied yet trying to find parking outside of my building is impossible some nights. I can’t imagine how bad it will be once this apartment complex is at full capacity.

I’m so impressed when both Jasmine and Joshua! They are so kind, professional and responsive to your needs. This is a new property and it’s so nice to be the first one to ever live in my apartment. The gym is amazing and spacious, the grounds are well maintained and it’s very quiet here. Thank you for making this such a stress free, smooth and welcoming experience!

Very clean apartments, friendly and knowledgeable staff, highly recommend! Family friendly !!
