From compact 1-bedroom apartments to spacious, two-floor townhomes, our five distinctive layouts offer a private patio or balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. Residents are allowed a maximum of two pets, subject to breed restrictions and management approval. Each pet must not exceed 90 pounds, with a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet and a one-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
