With certain breed restrictions, our pet policy allows for cats and dogs along with a maximum of two pets per household. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. On top of that, there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee. The fee is $400 per pet 1 to 25 pounds and $500 per pet 26 to 40 pounds.
