From the numerous shopping and entertainment options to a meal at one of the many nearby restaurants, you can enjoy apartment living to its fullest even when you’re off the property.

Our pet policy at Tuscany Ranch allows up to two pets per apartment home with certain breed restrictions. The maximum allowed weight per pet is 80 pounds. The monthly pet rent is $30 per pet. On top of that, there is a one-time $500 deposit per pet between 41 and 80 pounds. This fee is non-refundable.
