I lived here for 4 and a half years and here is what I can say. The original owners and manager were better, but since the takeover they have greatly improved amenities around the complex. As with a lot of things the price went up every year we lived there. This last year with the change in ownership they started charging for both water and internet and this had always been free before. All around: Maintenance: quick and courteous Office staff: friendly and knowledgeable Apartments will likely be the best value in Stillwater

I absolutely loved living here! The staff was always very helpful and friendly. I never had an issue with any maintenance and they always came to my apartment same day. The entire complex was always kept very clean and I always felt safe even being a female living alone at the time. 10/10 recommend!
