Our pet-friendly apartments offer plenty of sunlight-perfect windows for your pets to sunbathe and numerous walking paths for enjoyable strolls. Within our pet policy, we accommodate up to two pets per apartment without imposing a weight limit. For each pet, there’s a monthly pet rent of $10 and a one-time non-refundable deposit of $300. It’s important to note that service animals are not considered pets, so they are exempt from these fees and restrictions, although additional documentation might be requested for verification.
