We offer affordable 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and studio apartments in Wichita, with stylish and practical amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a private balcony or patio, and spacious closets.

Our Wichita apartments are located on the west side of town, near several restaurants, stores, and schools. The numerous parks nearby, like Sedgwick Park, Swanson Park, and Brown Thrust Park, beckon residents to visit and enjoy the great outdoors. Wichita State University is also nearby, just a quick 15-minute drive from our apartments.

We welcome pets here at Aspen Park! We allow a maximum of two pets and a maximum pet weight of 80 pounds. Pet rent is $25 per month, and we charge a pet deposit at half of the first months’ rent per pet. Service animals are not considered pets and are exempt.
