We offer two floor plan options with both 1- and 2-bedroom apartments in Ridgeland available.

Living at The Mark Apartments puts you right in the middle of all there is to do in Ridgeland and the Jackson metropolitan area. The surrounding neighborhood is an idyllic balance of a quiet suburban feel with enough hustle and bustle to provide excitement. In addition to several beloved chains and mom-and-pop restaurants, there are several recreational opportunities and events to explore. Beyond that, there are several high-quality schools and places to work nearby. 

A maximum of two pets are permitted, with breed restrictions in place. Pet rent is $30 per pet per month, and there’s a non-refundable fee of $400 per pet for those weighing up to 40 pounds, and $500 per pet for those weighing between 41 and 80 pounds.
