I moved here after living over 40 years in my own home. I love this complex. It is quiet, beautiful, the staff is fantastic. The apartment I chose is perfect for me and the local neighbors are very nice. The grounds and lake are well maintained and the snow magically disappears soon after it has fallen. Security gates keep non-apartment traffic to a minimum. Security and maintenance are available when you need them. I thought I would hate apartment living, but I was so very wrong. Newport! The best apartment complex for me.

I love it here! The lake and the running path around it are perfect for my runs. The pool is perfect, me and my kiddos have been there every day of summer. There are snacks in the office, the ladies are so sweet to me and my kiddos. I have a dog and love how pet friendly it is. Highly recommend!

I have lived at Newport for 4 months now, and I enjoy it a lot. The staff are very friendly, the apartments are pretty and well-kept, and I have had no issue with the other tenants. I had an issue with my water heater and the staff came and fixed it the same day. The top floor apartments have vaulted ceilings, so they feel very spacious. Nicely carpeted throughout with an open kitchen layout that I really like. I would recommend this place for anyone new to the area and looking for a nice place to start.
