View Floor PlansI loved living at Villas of Waterford. I lived there for a little over a year near the back pool. The ladies in the office were always lovely and the maintenance staff were always quick and efficient. Would definitely live there again, I loved my cozy apartment.
Management is great. Audrey was personable and thorough during the tour guide. Maintenance also responds in a timely manner. Johnathan is very attentive and has stayed later to fix minor issues found during the first few weeks of moving and getting settled in!
Awesome place to stay management knows what they are doing.
