had a problem that required maintenance the other day, and the maintenance staff member came to help me as soon as I was available. He was patient and waited for me to get home which goes a long way for me. He’s professional, and great with animals. My dog gets severe anxiety from ppl being in my home but she loved Justin and it ended up being a great interaction. He’s a true craftsman, and I couldn’t be more appreciative that he’s a part of the staff here. Thanks to Fountain Lake for having such a great maintenance staff. continued service at this level of hospitality has been the trend here with the maintenance staff. each interaction continues to give me a positive outlook on the complex and I couldn’t be more grateful.
