Our pet-friendly on-site amenities offer plenty of space for your pets to play, and Bark West Dog Park offers an expansive area for your pup to explore just a block west of The Reserve at Elm. Our pet policy’s guidelines include:

No weight limit
Maximum of two pets allowed per unit
Breed restrictions apply
Pet rent: $30 per pet per month
$500 one-time fee per pet (non-refundable)
*Service animals are not considered pets. Pet fees and pet rent are not applicable for service animals.
