View Floor PlansWe have lived here for almost 2 years now. The management is always great and they are always positive and a pleasure to speak to. If you have a maintenance issue (which is rare), it is quickly resolved in a timely manner. We are actually upgrading to a 3 bedroom and management has been great with helping us do so. We plan on staying here for a very long time!
The office staff is wonderful and always willing to help. The maintenance team is on top of everything right when work is requested. I would and do recommend to everyone!
I’ve lived here at Cimarron Pointe Apts for a little over 6 years. I love it! The grounds are kept up and the few times I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been very responsive and timely. The neighbors have been friendly and fairly quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for a decent place to live with few worries.
