This is by far the best apartment I have ever had in Oklahoma City. This apartment is in a quiet location, is moderately priced, well-maintained, and clean. The front desk agent, is incredibly kind. Whenever I enter into the leasing office, she recognizes me and brings my packages, sent by Amazon or usps. The men that do maintenance are fantastic. They were able to promptly resolve the problems we were having with the AC and toilet. This is an excellent region to live in OKC area. A few of the neighbors treat their pets carelessly. On the grass, dog pops are a common sight. It’s not the management’s responsibility, despite their constant attempts to address issue. It’s a prevalent issue in many people’s mindsets

I have live here at Council Place Apts. for approximately 6 months. I am a single Mother of two teenage boys. We have been very comfortable and happy with our new surroundings. We have really been impressed with how friendly the residents and staff have been we are extremely happy to be apart of this great community.

This place is amazing! I was nervous moving up to okc for work and after almost losing hope i stumbled across council place! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! they really make the place feel like home. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else to live!!!!!
