Our apartments are pet-approved and ready for you and your whole family to make Cottages at Tallgrass Point your home. Our pet policy is as follows:
Cottages at Tallgrass Point Pet Policy
No weight limit
Maximum of two pets allowed
Breed restrictions apply
Pet rent: $30 per pet per month
$500 one-time fee per pet (non-refundable)
*Service animals are not considered pets. Pet fees and pet rent are not applicable for service animals.
