If you get the chance to become part of the Cascata Community I highly recommend it! Not only is the property beautiful and quiet. The staff on site is totally unmatched. From the maintenance team to the ladies in the office, they know how to give 5 star customer service. Every employee makes you feel like a neighbor and not just another door number. This is by far one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. Cascata was also voted to win Community of the year for 2023 and there is no property more deserving of this high achievement!

Overall it’s a very beautiful place!! Staff are very kind and welcoming. Especially the lead maintenance guy. l he’s a great help and knows how to get the job done. My neighbor had a little issue and I even recommended her to ask for him when she called the office. Later that day she told me he didn’t disappoint! Love this place. definitely deserves 5 stars.
