So far, so good. We love our appartment. It’s a new complex. Easy maintenance, can be done online. Used online request for a paint touch up, and dishwasher wasn’t hooked up to the water line. Maintenance was out promptly to fix requests.

Beatiful property. Jasmine, Josh and Rocky will definitely take care of you and make sure you have what you need to be comfortable at your home. I love it here!??

No washer and dryers but hookups no bricks I watched the Builder’s place this place is cheap built I got a full size washer and dryers across the street

1 month in and here are my pros and cons of living here. I will continue to update and time goes on! Overall it’s been fine so far. I’m disappointed in the things I listed as cons but I’m hoping it will improve as more units becomes occupied. All day and all night it stays open. -Good luck if you plan on using the fitness center. Unless you go at midnight every machine is being used. -my building is less than half occupied yet trying to find parking outside of my building is impossible some nights. I can’t imagine how bad it will be once this apartment complex is at full capacity.
