Our pet policy allows up to two pets per household with a $25 monthly rent per pet. There’s also a one-time, non-refundable fee on your arrival. The conditions to the fee are as follows:

1 to 25 pounds: $400 non-refundable fee per pet
26 to 40 pounds: $500 non-refundable fee per pet
41 to 80 pounds: $600 non-refundable fee per pet
