My wife and I stayed in The Crest for 4 months during my work appointment at El Paso. We enjoyed our stay – our apartment was clean, amenities & pool really worked and we never had any issues with the management. On the contrary. The maintenance staff showed up promptly (we had just one minor problem in the bathroom). Our deposit was returned. We would stay again!

The most impressive aspect of this apartment is their staff, both in office and maintenance. Office staff is very friendly in addressing all the concerns with immediate action and help our family to stay peacefully without any safety issues. Maintenance is amazing, and maintenance activities with swift reactivity on resolving any apartment issues. Though the building is old, the way they maintain the apartment is very good. We are very happy with our stay in Crest apartment.

Such a nice place to live, it’s very clean, the apartments are in very good condition. The neighbors and the staff are very friendly and respectful. Also the location is perfect.
