Pet-Friendly 55+ Active Adult Apartments in Fort Worth
Solea Tavolo Park is a pet-friendly 55+ active adult apartment community, so we’re happy to welcome you and your furry friend to your new home! We want your peppy pup or cuddly cat to love it here just as much as you do, and that’s why we have a fenced-in dog park and spacious 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans where you and your pets can stretch your legs. Our pet policy does include a few guidelines.

All pets subject to management approval
Maximum of two pets allowed
Breed restrictions apply
Pet rent: $30 per pet per month
$500 one-time fee per pet (non-refundable)
Service animals are not considered pets. Pet fees and pet rent are not applicable for service animals. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

- Cane Corso
- Huskies
- German Shepherd
- Presa Canario
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- Wolf-Hybrid
