Bring your furry friends when you move into your Lewisville apartment home! Solea Lewisville is a pet-friendly apartment community in Lewisville, so we’re proud to have a dog park on-site. We do have a few pet policy guidelines that we ask you to follow if you plan to bring your dog or cat with you.

Solea Lewisville Pet Policy
All pets subject to management approval
Maximum of two pets allowed
Breed restrictions apply
Pet rent: $30 per pet per month
$500 one-time fee per pet (non-refundable)

- Doberman Pinscher
- Pit Bull Terrier/Staffordshire Terrier
- Chow
- Cane Corso
- Huskies
- German Shepherd
- Presa Canario
- Akita
- Alaskan Malamute
- Wolf-Hybrid
